Our Role(s) in Achieving Health Equity

 Participants will engage in meaningful interactions with presenters from across Colorado and hear from a national plenary speaker on topics including equity and disparities, integrated behavioral health, rural health challenges and solutions, MAT/Opioid intervention and treatment implementation and successes, virtual health, impacts of research and physician resilience and well-being.

The AAFP has reviewed Primary Care Innovation Collaborative 2021 and deemed it acceptable for up to

5.25 In-Person, Live (could include online) AAFP Prescribed credit. Term of Approval is from 10/08/2021 to 10/08/2021. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
